Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

My New Go To Pan

The higher sides elevate this pan to all star status. There’s nothing the pan can’t do, from a huge omelet (Swiss Diamond no stick is the best I’ve tried) to a sauté to braising to deep frying, all with minimal spatter. The topper is pan’s surprising light weight, so maneuverability on the stovetop isn’t compromised. If I had to take one pan to a desert island, this 5.8 qt. pan would be it.

Its perfect for making a particularly delicious pasta that relies on cooking spaghetti in chicken broth until it’s absorbed and then adding cream and cheese. Yummy! Previous pan scorched the sides of the pan and didn’t heat evenly.
