Online Gift Card General Information
Online Gift Cards can be ordered in any amount between $10 and $1,000. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an online gift card will receive an email with a gift card code redeemable only at SwissDiamond.com
Shipping information
Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship for free from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. Free Shipping is not available to AK, PR, HI and Canada.Â
Returns & warranty
Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.
