Swiss Diamond 365-Day Return Guarantee

Want to cook with Swiss Diamond before you replace your whole kitchen? Return any non-sale item, new or used, within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded. Return shipping is at your expense.

How to start a return

1. Email our customer service team at customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com with your order number. Please keep your packing slip.
2. Ship the item to us with the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. We recommend a trackable service. Please include your full name and address, your order number (the PO number on your order), the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.
3. Send your return to: Swiss Diamond Returns, 200-H Forsyth Hall Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Defective items

If your item arrives defective, email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will send you a prepaid return label and follow the same return process. Manufacturing defects found after 30 days are covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

• Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.
