Free Shipping excludes AK, PR, HI, and Canada. Orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse. We ship within the U.S. and its territories, with shipping costs based on weight and distance. We may use UPS Surepost or USPS for some packages. For orders over $2,000, contact us for shipping arrangements.
We verify orders with different shipping and billing addresses. Our Free Return Policy allows 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Free returns are not available to AK, HI, PR, and Canada. Remember that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Which is a mix of Oats, quinoa, cereal seeds, etc...I love how quickly the heat is evenly distributed across the saucepan and cooks my brekkie evenly & quickly. Most people would use a microwave but I don't have one.
