We ship within the U.S. and its territories, with shipping costs based on weight and distance. We may use UPS Surepost or USPS for some packages. For orders over $2,000, contact us for shipping arrangements.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Email customerservice@swissmadebrandsusa.com to request a UPS or FedEx return label. A $20 fee applies or use your own label. Drop off at any authorized location. Keep your packing slip for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Returns coming from AK, HI, PR and Canada will be charged a greater return fee that will be determined by the shipping provider.
