A tempura rack for frying or steaming foods is included in all, excluding the 11" (XD61128c). The 11.8", 12.5", and 14" sizes come with a tempura rack for steaming or frying vegetables. But the 11" size doesn't include the rack.

Crafted to last, Swiss Diamond cookware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.
