The Induction Swiss Diamond 3.8 qt (3.6L), 10.25" (26cm) Sauté Pan was inspired by the popularity of the same Swiss Diamond 10.25" Saute Pan with no lid. You asked for it to be available with a lid, and we listened. Not only does it include a heat-tempered glass lid with an adjustable steam vent for ultimate moisture control, it now contains 20% more diamond crystals than our HD line. Coated with the new Swiss Diamond XD nonstick formula, this sauté pan is ideal for sauces, vegetables, cubed meat and more!

Our XD coating ensures that clean-up is a breeze. All you need is hot water and a soft, soapy sponge to get this pan back in pristine condition. Cooking with oil is now an option as the XD coating is engineered to be used without oils or butter. European craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of this kitchen essential. The heavy-duty, 100% recycled cast aluminum body and perfectly flat base distributes heat evenly and efficiently to warm all contents of the pan with no tipping, spinning or warping. Strong, rivet-free handles stay cool on the stovetop and prevent bacteria from food build-up. Because it is oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C), you can transfer the pan from oven to stovetop to table. Made in Switzerland.
