These zuchhini noodles are a healthy alternative to regular pasta! We love this take on a classic italian flavor and we know you will too! For extra flavor, use fresh mozzerlla!
Use a spiralizer to create your zucchini noodles. You simply twist the zucchini into the spiralizer to do this. If you need help, try looking up a YouTube video for your brand of spiralizer.
Add your zoodles to a medium or large bowl. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let them sit for around 15 minutes.
Add sliced cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the zoodles. Toss until it is all combined.
Drizzle with balsamic (our favorite part!) and serve!
