Swiss Diamond makes the best cookware. I own several of their products and they are all well made, non-stick and easy to clean. This square griddle is no exception. Cooked food slides easily off the griddle and there is little need for cooking oil.

I have had this griddle for over 5 years and use it nearly every day.
Although It is taking on the well used appearance of grandma's cast iron skillet, there is Not A Scratch on the cooking surface!

This griddle was an excellent purchase. Perfect preparation and practically no clean up due to its nonstick surface!

Bought for my wife to replace an el-cheapo that warped upon 2n use about 3 years ago. We have gas stove so warpage didnt affect heat transfer. We are going to an electric range so wanted something that is stable and wont warp. Have not used it yet and its cotton picken heavy duty so hope it lasts.

Excellent grill pan. Very heavy pan. Browns evenly. Pan is very flat on the burner.
