I have wanted a griddle for years. Splurged on the price but TOTALLY worth it. Pancakes, quesadillas, eggs etc. no butter, oil. would recommend

I got this to replace an earlier one which was warped as a result of misuse, and our range top is glass ceramic. This is heavy, screams of quality, heats evenly if instructions are followed, and the non-stick really works. If the non-stick hold up as advertised, this is the kind of quality that can be handed down to later generations,

Been trying to get someone to contact me since 8:00am Central time. I left messages on the phone and emails. It is now 1: 10 Central time and still No one. They sent me the wrong griddle. I just want the griddle that I ordered and to speak to someone.

Used my new griddle to make banana coconut pancakes. Omg, why did I not get this one sooner. First two pancakes were perfect on the first try. Cleaning was super easy and it also looks amazing.

For my next stovetop, I plan to have a double burner center for this griddle. For now, this is by far and away the best baking sheet I've ever owned. I regularly, use up a couple cheap baking sheets a year tired of carbonization and easy warping. This product lives up to its nonstick reputation. Now, even cheese doesn't stick when I bake some nachos on this. I now use this a number of times per week as I am calorie cutting on a keto diet. This means dry roasting lots of meats. I can confidently put a fillet of salmon in this, no grease, skin down, and cook it without any bothersome sticking. I previously did the same with tin foil prior to purchase and you practically pull the fish apart trying to get the meat from the skin which tears off in hunks from stuck foil. That's all in the past now. Cleans up easily, hand washable. Soap almost isn't necessary. Water beads up on this when drying like a treated windshield in the rain. It's amazing. I bake and broil at 400 a lot and true to advertising, this holds up fine. I now own several pieces of cookware. The 12 year old set my ex wife took is still holding up just fine for her. When my last shipment arrived one pan had a blemish and customer service was outstanding. They sent me a new one with an easy repack box and free shipping to send the first back at my leisure. Very prompt and professional.

This is the best Swiss Diamond product I've got. And I have quite a few. Perfect pancakes, french toast, sandwiches, etc. And a breeze to clean up.
