Simply follow the recommended Use & Care Instructions, and if a qualifying defect is found, we'll repair or replace your cookware. Normal wear, misuse, overheating, and accidental damage are not covered.

Right Size Griddle

It's a good size that fits over the center oval burner on our kitchen stove. It cleans up nicely too.

Not used, imperfection on the griddle

I was away when griddle arrived. I just opened the box. When I took it out of the griddle box, saw on the lip that turns up, there is a spot about the size of a dime that is missing coating. Bare spot. Not happy. I expected perfect. I have not used griddle yet, concerns about spot without coating will peel when heated. Thinking about sending back but will be cost to return. I have serveral other of your pans and love them! Work perfect and look great.
So disappointed about imperfection on the new griddle. Have not used the griddle .

A very nice grill

XD nonstick double burner grill is a must have for anybody who likes grilling inside. It is very solid, made of aluminum and has even temperature distribution over the entire surface. Easy to use, easy to clean up. Simply awesome!

Perfect Pan

This pan can be used for multiple foods to be cooked at one time. A piece of meat with lots of vegetables will give you a complete meal. It cooks evenly and easily browns food well. It can withstand high temperatures if needed. The clean up is wonderful. So easy to clean. No scrubbing needed. Great purchase. Love it.
