Shipping Details

Free ground shipping to the continental United States. Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or Canada; shipping charges for those destinations are calculated at checkout.

Processing times

Orders placed by 12 pm ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse. Orders placed after 12 pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day. Carriers do not deliver on many national holidays, so please allow extra time when ordering around a holiday.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, its territories and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Orders usually ship via UPS or FedEx. Depending on package size and destination, some orders (including PO boxes) may ship via UPS SurePost or USPS Priority Mail.

State shipping restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to certain states. If a restriction applies, it is shown on the product page, and checkout will not allow delivery of that product to a restricted state.

Orders over $2,000

Orders over $2,000 may be sent to the nearest UPS or FedEx location so the person who placed the order can sign for the package. To make other arrangements, please call customer service at 980-224-9044, Ext. 406, before placing your order.

Gift orders and address verification

To protect our customers, we voice-verify every order shipped to an address different from the billing address on the card used for payment. We will call you, often within minutes of your order, before releasing it to our warehouse. To take care of this in advance, call us at 980-224-9044, Ext. 406, and we can place your order by phone. PayPal orders ship right away, since PayPal verifies the information.
