Grilled BBQ Chicken

Description

This is a perfect dish for some indoor grilling! We love when the BBQ Sauce caramelizes on the chicken, it creates a wonderful flavor! Try this with our XD or HD grill pan for the perfect even cook, with no sticky mess afterwards! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 2 bone-in chicken breast, with skin
  • 4 chicken legs, with skin
  • 10 oz BBQ sauce
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash your chicken. Dry, and then place into an XD Casserole Dish. 
  2. Season the chicken on both sides with the garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Then drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken, positioning the chicken skin-side up in the casserole dish. 
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. 
  5. Place chicken in a Swiss Diamond XD Square Grill Pan on medium heat.
  6. Sear on each side for one minute. Baste with BBQ sauce. 
  7. Continue flipping until you are happy with the grill marks and the BBQ sauce starts to caramelize. 
  8. Enjoy!
